Description
This rule ensures that no changes can be made to an Exam Registration Request that has a status of Registered through this service.
This validation rule is in effect for all school years.

Message
When this validation rule is triggered, the following message is returned:
- Exam Registration Request cannot be modified. This service cannot be used to make changes to an Exam Registration Request and its associated Exam Registrations and Fee records when the Request has a status of Registered.
