Once the request information has been validated, the service will create/update the Diploma Exam Rescore Request business object.

• The Education Account Organization will only have a value when the user is using myPass Admin and it will be “O.1” since only “O.1” users have access to myPass admin at this time. This allows us to differentiate between a user using myPass and myPass Admin since the organization code in the caller info of the service call is also “O.1” for myPass public (public users with no extranet profile have no organization code).
• On create, the Diploma Exam Rescore Request Created By Education Account and Diploma Exam Rescore Request Created by Organization elements are automatically populated by this service.
