This service is used to update the Section 23 Eligibility status of a Student in PASI.

The service can be accessed by systems with the Submit Student User role.

The following information is provided when using this service:

• Alberta Student Number (Student)
• Section 23 Eligibility (Student)
• PASI Core Version

The following rules are used to validate the information provided in the request:

• Rule 9002 - Invalid ASN
• Rule 9010 - Organization Not Associated to Student
• Rule 9011 - Secondary ASN
• Rule 9014 - PASI Core Out of Date
• Rule 11301 - Invalid Organization Submitting Section 23

Once the information is successfully validated, the information will be recorded within the PASI Core.

The usage of this service is audited using Service Auditing including the auditing of Caller Information.

When a Student Section 23 Eligibility (Student) record is added, updated, or deleted, a Student Status Processor Trigger is created to trigger recalculation of the Validation Status for the Student.
