This rule is used to validate the following data in the request:
To perform this validation, the following information is used:
Description
A student fee coupon cannot be updated if the coupon has already been used to complete a diploma exam registration.
The Diploma Exam Waived Fee Is Used field is used to track whether a coupons is “Used”.
This validation rule is in effect for all school years.
Message
When this validation rule is triggered, the following message is returned:
Unable to update student fee coupon. The student fee coupon (Reference ID {Ref ID}) can not be updated as it has been used for a diploma exam registration in {Exam Session}.
Where:
- {Ref ID} means the reference id on the student fee coupon
- {Exam Session} means the exam period and exam school year on an exam registration fee record associated to the student fee coupon
