The requirement achievement status of the COSC nomination requirement = StudentIsNominated-81350 (Credential Requirement), can only be set to achieved by a school user (i.e. A user logged in using an organization such as S.xxxx).
Include the following as needed:
- Effective Starting School Year: N/A
- Effective Ending School Year: N/A
