This rule has been removed. It was applied to the Submit Credential ReIssue service. This rule is no longer needed because 44002 was updated to check that the credential number exists and is current.

Description
The current credential number must be supplied for re-issuing to ensure the current credential number has not been revoked.

- This validation rule is in effect for all school years.

Message
When this validation rule is triggered, the following message is returned:
Credential was not re-issued. The credential number ({Credential Number}) is not the current credential number.
