To perform this validation, the following information is used:
Description
Where the user passes in a credential number that does not exist in PASI, this rejection rule should fail. Checks that the credential number exists and is not deleted.

Effective for all school years

When this validation rule is triggered, the following message is returned:
Invalid Credential Number. The Credential number does not exist in PASI.
