The purpose of this service is to return the audit history for a credential for a given student.

The service can be accessed by systems with the View Transcript User role where the data_access_rules are met.

A request to use this service will include (* denotes mandatory information):

• Credential Number*

The following rules are used to validate the information provided in the request:

• Rule 9010 - Organization Not Associated to Student
• Rule 9054 - Student has an active hold
• Rule 44020 - Invalid Credential Number

Returns the Awarded Student Credential Audit Event by:

• Return the current record from the Student Credential Awarded table
• Return historical records from the Shadow Student Credential Awarded table

Passing in either the original credential number or the reissued credential number, will return the complete audit history tied to the awarded credential.

The following information is returned after a successful request has been processed:

• Alberta Student Number
• Last Name
• Suffix
• First Name
• Middle Name
• Credential Type
• Credential Number
• School Year
• Is Deleted (Awarded Student Credential)
• Delete Reason
• Legacy Credential Number
• Audit Information (Student Credential)
