This rule is used to validate the following on the Provincial Achievement Test:
- Provincial Achievement Test Component for each PAT subject
To perform this validation, the following information is used:
- List of components for each PAT subject
Description
This rule ensures that the number of components for any Provincial Achievement Test subject cannot be more than two.
Additional Information
This is an important rule given that some of the downstream processing of PAT results assumes there are no more than two components.
Message
When this validation rule is triggered, the following message is returned:
Invalid Number of Components. The maximum number of allowable components for PAT ({Ref ID Provincial Achievement Test}) is ({Max}).
Where,
- {Ref IS Provincial Achievement Test} is the Provincial Achievement Test Reference
- {Max} is 2 (and has been hard coded into the rule)
