To perform this validation, the following information is used:
Description
The TestDate provided in the GED file cannot be a future date. It must be the current date or a date in the past.
Effective Period
- This validation rule is in effect for all school years.

Message
When this validation rule is triggered, the following message is returned:
Invalid TestDate. The Date provided ({TestDate }) cannot be a future date. It must be a current date or a date in the past.
