Rule 60084 - Unable to Establish an Authorized User Connection

An Authorized user has the following connection method to gain access to their information via myPass:

  1. Email Address match - The Primary or the Alternate Email addresses from PED Education Account matches the active Email addresses record against the Authorized user record for the student they are attempted to connect to.
  2. AND Signup Access Code Match - The Express signup code provided during the signup is assigned to the Authorized user for the student that they are attempted to connect to.

The logic of the rule is performed in the following manner:

  • Email Address Match is performed and Signup Access Code Match is performed
    • If both of the information matches, The rule Passes and a connection is established between the Primary ASN and the Authorized user's education account.
    • If any of the Match failed, then the Authorized user is denied access and the message is retuned to the user on the page.

Unable to create a connection. Please speak to the student to set up your access correctly.
