Description
This rule ensures that the credential number passed in is current and has not been deleted.
Only the “PASI” Credential Numbers are considered and not the Legacy Credential Number.
This validation rule is in effect for all school years.

Message
When this validation rule is triggered, the following message is returned:
Invalid Credential Number. The credential number must be valid, current and undeleted for the student.
