This rules checks that there is a Payment Transaction ID provided if an amount > 0 has been collected.

This validation rule is in effect for all school years.

Additional Notes


When this validation rule is triggered, the following message is returned:

  • Missing Payment Transaction ID. The Payment Transaction ID is required for orders when an amount has been collected and the status is “Ordered”.
