When the 'is deceased' flag is set for the student, the document must be delivered manually by Student Records.

This rule will fail when student is marked as deceased, the status of the document order item status is 'Ordered' and the delivery method is updated to something other than:

Effective Period

This validation is in effect for all school years.


When this validation rule is triggered, the following message is returned:

Invalid delivery method. Manual Mail and Courier are the only valid delivery methods when the student is flagged as deceased.
