This rule is used to validate:
Description
Only one control schedule can exist for a given control schedule category, exam period and school year.
Note*: “override63001” must only be used for Control Schedule Category ‘NonGraduateLetter’

Message
When this validation rule is triggered, the following message is returned:
- Duplicate Control Schedule. A control schedule already exists for '{ScheduleCategory}' with an exam session of {ExamPeriod} {SchoolYear}.
Where:
- {Schedule Category} is the schedule category selected from the drop down control
- {ExamPeriod} is the exam period entered by the user
- {SchoolYear} is the school year entered by the user
