This rule is used to validate:

• Control Schedule

To perform this validation, the following information is used:

• School Year (Control Schedule)
• Schedule Date
• Actual Date
• Schedule Category Type

The Actual Date of the control schedule record must coincide with the School Year. The valid range for a school year is September 1, (Control Schedule School Year -1) to August 31, (Control Schedule School Year).

This rule runs for the Schedule Category Type of NonGraduateLetter (Schedule Category) only.

When this validation rule is triggered, the following message is returned:

Where:

• {ScheduledDate} is the submitted Schedule Date
• {SchoolYear} is the submitted School Year (Control Schedule).
