To perform this validation, the following information is used:
Description
PASI will not allow a user to change the document type definition for Document Type Code if the document type has documents of that type in PASI.
Once a document exists for a document type the Document Type Code definition cannot be changed.
Message
When this validation rule is triggered, the following message is returned:
Cannot Update Document Type. This document type ({documenttype}) cannot have the Document Type Code value changed.
Where:
- {Documenttype} is the document type the user has selected to update.
