This rule is used to validate:
Description
Document Submission with a waybill file must contain only 1 XML file and rest of files must be with the .PDF extension. Any other combination of files presented in the submission will fail the rule (e.g. If there is no XML file presented, or more than 1 XML file submitted, or a file included in the submission that is neither .XML or .PDF extension).
Additional Notes
Note: if this rule fails, a submission record is created in the document submission table.

When this validation rule is triggered, the following message is returned:
Invalid Document Submission Format. The submission must contain only 1 XML file and pdf files.
