This rule is used to validate:
Description
PASI will only allow PDF documents secured with a permissions password to be added as a student document if the following permissions are enabled
• Printing allowed
• Enable copying of the text, images or other contents
• Enable text access for screen reader devices for the visual impaired
If these required permissions are restricted, the rule will reject and return the message
Additional Notes
A PDF could have a permissions password which can be used to stop a user from Printing, Copying Content, Editing, Annotating, etc. This rule will ensure that a minimal set of permissions are allowed in order to ensure the document can be fully utilized by PASI end users.
Message
When validation rule fails, the following message is returned to the user:
Invalid Document Permissions. Protected documents require the following permissions to be enabled: Print, Copy Content, and Screen Reader Access.
