This rule is used to validate:

• Student Record Access Request Status

To perform this validation, the following information is used:

• Student Record Access Request Status

• If the request does not have a request status of “Approved” or “Downloaded - the request cannot be downloaded.
• If the request status is “Approved” and the current date is greater that 14 days from the approved on date - the request cannot be downloaded.
• If the request status is “Downloaded” and the current date is greater that 24 hours from the last updated date - the request cannot be downloaded.

The requestor has 14 days from the approval date to initiate the download and 24 hours from starting the download to complete the download in event there are technical issues with the requestors environment.
