This rule is used to validate:
Description
The rule will fail if the guardian document reference ID being linked to the student citizenship record (for the guardian) does not exist for that ASN or if the document is no longer available.
Additional Notes
This rule will validate the ASN submitted by the service to ensure that the document reference ID submitted exists for the ASN or is no longer available. Note: This rule only applies to the 2019 end point or later.

When this validation rule is triggered, the following message is returned:
Guardian Document Reference ID does not Exist for this ASN. The guardian document reference ID provided does not exist for the ASN or the document is no longer available.
