To perform this validation, the following information is used:
Description
This validation will fail if the <RequestTrackingID> is not provided in the xml request. When the transcript request fails for this rule the TranscriptRequest/TransmissionData/RequestTrackingID field will echo back the same “whitespace” that was received.

Message
When this validation rule is triggered, the following message is returned:
- Missing RequestTrackingID. A request tracking ID is required and must be supplied as part of a transcript request.
