This rule is used to validate:
Description
The PASI Client must be authorized to submit the record for the organization included in the record. In order to be authorized, the PASI Client must be the GED Writing Centre (or parent authority of) on the record, or Alberta Education.
Additional Notes
This will ensure that an unauthorized user cannot change the writing centre code on the record to its own.
Message
When this validation rule is triggered, the following message is returned:
Access Denied. You are not authorized to edit, delete or undelete the GED Exam Mark/Registration that belongs to another Writing Centre {GED Writing Centre ID}.
