The goal of this rule is ensure School/Authorities can only add/edit/delete registrations for ASNs they have access to.

This rule will fail when any one of the following conditions applies:

• The ASN does not exist
• The request is to create a new Diploma Exam Mark record and the requesting organization does not have Access to the Student (Moved)

When this validation rule is triggered, the following message is returned:

• Invalid Alberta Student Number. The ASN provided ({StateProvinceId}) either does not exist or is not accessible.
