This is a calculated attribute of the student, and is calculated as True when there is a record in the Student Activity table with a Student Activity School Year that is equal to or greater than the Current School Year - 2. For example, if the Current School Year = 2019, the students with a Student Activity School Year that is >= 2017 are considered active.
If there is more than 1 current school year, the earliest school year is used.
