The Student Key is a hidden number generated by Alberta Education in order to uniquely identify each student record. Each student will be permanently assigned a unique key. If the student is registered at a new school, changes their address, or changes their legal name, their unique key will remain unchanged.

This key is not normally shared outside of PASI.
