- Rule 11188 - Missing Active Physical Address
- Rule 11195 - Parent/Guardian linked to Citizenship Status Cannot be Deleted
- Rule 11205 - Name not in Mixed Case
- Rule 11209 - LNU in Mixed Case
- Rule 11338 - Invalid Effective Date
- Rule 11369 - Missing Active Mailing Address
- Rule 11370 - Missing Active Home Phone Number
