Digital Official Documents Application
Digital Official Documents (DOD) application is a secure website for digital official document consumers to access and download digital official documents. The Alberta Education Transcript and Credential are the two document types currently available to be produced as a digital official document.
Important: The only way to access this application is via the URL provided in the notification delivered to a digital official document consumer by the Digital Official Document Notification Processor. Each URL only remains available for a limited amount of time before expiry and this link allows users to access the DOD to download any official documents that have been ordered, processed and delivered to them by the PASI application. The users are able to download digital official documents in a PDF format from this application until the expiry of each document.

Browser Support
Digital Official Document application is designed for the latest mainstream internet browsers. The following is a list of recommended browsers:
- Chrome
- Firefox
- Internet Explorer 11
- Edge
- Safari
It is recommended that one of the supported browsers is used to ensure the user can access all the features of Digital Official Documents.
Digital Official Documents Certificate
A new certificate was created for the Alberta Student Link. Details are as follows:
- Client Name: PASI – Digital Official Documents
- Description: This PASI Client is used by the PASI application Digital Official Documents
- System Name: Digital Official Documents
- Client Role(s): PASISystemUser, HelloWorld
- Selected Organization(s): Alberta Education [1]
With this new certificate, any audit records created will now have “Digital Official Documents” as the associated system name and “PASI – Digital Official Documents” as the client name.
