When a user created an Diploma Exam Registration Request that is not deleted and is still in the status of UnderConstruction (Request Status) or PaymentNotReceived (Request Status), and they are viewing one of the following screens:

• myPass Homepage
• Diploma Exam Registrations and Results
• Register for a Diploma Exam

They will generally be presented with a countdown timer to the Diploma Exam Registration Request Expiry Date/Time. When the Diploma Exam Registration Request Expiry Date/Time has been reached while they are still on screen, a modal dialog is shown to prevent user from performing any more actions on the request:

• [Start a New Request] will bring user back to the initial step to start a new request
• [View Diploma Exam Registrations] should bring user back to the Diploma Exam Registrations and Results screen. This button is not visible when the dialog is being displayed on the Diploma Exam Registration and Results page.
• [Close] closes the dialog. This button is visible only when the dialog is being displayed on the myPass Homepage or the Diploma Exam Registrations and Results page.
