The service is used to retrieve history of changes made to a Student Document Problem Report within PASI Core.
The service can be accessed by systems with the View Student Document User role.
Access is validated in alignment with the Access to a Record section of the student document problem report data access rules.

Once the request information has been validated the Student Document Problem Report information for each version of the record (including the current version of the record) identified in the request will be retrieved from the PASI Core and returned in the response.
The usage of this service is audited using Service Auditing including the auditing of Caller Information.
