PASI uses the PED send_message API to send myPass messages to the user associated to an Education Account (that could be a Student, Parent/Guardian or a Third-Party user).

A myPass user can use myPass Messages functionality to gain access to their message.

In addition, Based on the myPass Notification Preferences for the user, a PED notification may also be sent. Refer to ped_integration for details.
