This rule is used to validate the following data in a Student School Enrolment record:
To perform this validation, the following information is used:
Description
The grade of the enrolment, should not be less than the grade of the student's enrolment in the previous school year (highlights a reduction in grade level).
Ignore deleted enrolment records.
This rule only applies to Student School Enrolment records with a School Year that is equal to the current school enrolment school year.

When this validation rule is triggered, the following message is returned:
Inconsistent Grade. Last school year ({PreviousSchoolYear}) the student was enrolled in grade {PreviousGrade}, but is now enrolled in grade {Grade}.
