This rule is used to validate the following data in a Student School Enrolment record:

• Student School Enrolment: Programming Type
• Student School Enrolment: Programming Timeframe

To perform this validation, the following information is used:

• Student School Enrolment: Grants Program Codes
• Student School Enrolment: Grade
• Student School Enrolment: Registration Start Date
• Student School Enrolment: Registration Exit Date
• Student School Enrolment: Is Deleted
• Student School Enrolment: Operating Schedule Reference ID
• Student School Enrolment: School Year
• Student School Enrolment: School Code
• Offering Types

When an enrolment record contains a Grants Program Code of 500 (Grants Program Codes), then the associated Offering Types should include an E (School Grade Offering Type) for the Grade Level identified on the enrolment record for the duration of the enrolment.

If a specific Operating Schedule is not referenced on the enrolment, all Operating Schedules for the School and School Year are checked.

Note: This rule is not applicable when:

• the enrolment is deleted, or
• the School Year is a future school year and there are no Operating Schedule records for the School and/orSchool Year.

This validation rule no longer applies after the 2015/2016 school year and is replaced by Rule 10128 - Special Education Not Offered¹⁾ from the 2016/2017 school year and onwards.

When this validation rule is triggered, the following message is returned:

Where:

• {SchoolCode} is the School Code on the Student School Enrolment record.
• {Grade} is the Grade on the Student School Enrolment record.

• Release 8.08 - F8835 - PED Deliverable - PART 2 - Updated to reflect changes in the data structure introduced as part of this feature.
• Release 7.10 - F8675\8676 - Updated to reflect changes in the data structure introduced as part of this feature.
• Release 5.04 - Expired for the 2015/2016 school year.
