Description

A student with a Student Citizenship Status of 'Temporary Resident Student (5)' should have a Student Study Permit Expiry Date that is after the Registration Exit Date (if provided) or after the Registration Start Date (if Registration Exit Date is not provided). This rule will only create work items for Citizenship status records that are active (added and not expired) as of the start date on the Student School Enrolment.

This rule is not applicable for deleted School Enrolment records. This rule is not applicable for distance learning service providers ADLC S.0099 or CFED S.1363.

This rule is only applicable to Student School Enrolment records with a School Year that is equal to the current school enrolment school year.

When this validation rule is triggered, the following message is returned:

Inconsistent Citizenship Status. The student's Study Permit is not valid for the entire enrolment period. The study permit expires on {DocumentExpiryDate} and based on the enrolment information should be after {RegistrationStartOrExitDate}.
