To perform this validation, the following information is used:
Description
When an enrolment record contains an Enrolment Type Code of Independent Student (121) the student should be over 16 years of age as of the Registration Start Date.
Effective Period
- This validation rule is in effect for all school years.

Message
When this validation rule is triggered, the following message is returned:
Invalid Enrolment Type Code (121). The student is currently {Age} year old and the Enrolment Type Code of 121 can only be used for student's 16 years of age or older as of the registration start date.
