This rule is used to validate the following data in a Student School Enrolment record:

To perform this validation, the following information is used:

Description

When the enrolment record does not contain a Grants Program Code of:

the immediately preceding enrolment should also not contain a Grants Program Code of 301, 302, or 303 if the enrolment is from a different school authority.

Ignore the enrollment record that is deleted.

This rule only applies to Student School Enrolment records with a School Year that is equal to the current school enrolment school year.

Message

When this validation rule is triggered, the following message is returned:

  • Inconsistent EAL Programming. The enrolment record does not include an English as an Additional Language Grants Program Code, but the student received EAL programming while enrolled at a previous School Authority ({PreviousSchoolAuthority}).
