This rule is used to validate the following data in a Student School Enrolment record:

• Student School Enrolment: Registration Start Date
• Student School Enrolment: Registration Exit Date

To perform this validation, the following information is used:

• School Authority: Organization Information
• Student School Enrolment: Enrolment Type Codes
• Student School Enrolment: Is Deleted
• Student School Enrolment: School Code
• Student School Enrolment: School Year
• Alberta Student Number

Enrolment records for the same student, school year, and school authority overlap.

Ignore records with the same school code, records with Enrolment Type Code 600 (Displaced Student), or deleted enrolment records.

This rule only applies to Student School Enrolment records with a School Year that is equal to the current school enrolment school year.

This rule only applies to the current school year.

When this validation rule is triggered, the following message is returned:

• Overlapping Enrolment. Student {StateProvinceID} is enrolled at other schools within the authority ({AuthorityCode}). School(s): {ListOfSchoolCodes}.

• Release 7.10 F8675\8676 - Updated to reflect changes in the data structure introduced as part of this feature.
