Rule 10135 - Missing Student Mailing Address

Description

If the school enrolment’s Registration Start Date is today or in the past and the Registration Exit Date is today or in the future 1), one or more not-deleted mailing address (i.e. Address Type = Mailing (Address Type)) records must exist covering each day within the registration start and end dates.

This means that there can be no gaps in the Mailing Address over the period of the Current Registration. Past and Future Registrations are not considered.

Note: If the current date is between the Registration Start Date and Registration Exit Date – the school enrolment is considered active and current.

When this validation rule is triggered, the following message is returned:

Missing Student Mailing Address. The student ({StateProvinceID}) must have a Mailing Address when the student is enrolled in School.
