This rule is used to validate:
Description
When a student has a Citizenship Status (Student Citizenship) of '5 (Citizenship Status) - Temporary Resident' and the Guardian linked to this Student Citizenship record has Parent/Guardian Relationship Type of StepParent (Relationship Type), then the school enrolment must have an Enrolment Type Codes of 417 (Enrolment Type Codes) or 418 (Enrolment Type Codes).

When this validation rule is triggered, the following message is returned:
Enrolment Type Code Missing or Incorrect for Student School Enrolment. The citizenship status of Temporary Resident for this student must have an enrolment type code of 417 or 418.
