Data Access Rules
The following rules are applied to control access to view/add/edit Student Citizenship records.
Access to a Record
In order to access a record, the:
- Organization must own the record.
In addition, when being accessed via PASIprep, the:
- PASIprep user must have the PASIprep Level 01 Permission - PASIprep Access permission.
When accessible, the following rules are applied to specific data elements on the record:
| Student Citizenship Audit History | Only available if the Organization is associated to the student By Ministry, By Student Creation, By Current School Enrolment or By Last School Enrolment. |
Adding a new Record
In order to add a new record, the:
- PASI Client must have the Submit Student User role, and
- Organization must be associated By Last School Enrolment or better1).
In addition, when being added via PASIprep, the:
- PASIprep user must have the PASIprep Level 02 Permission - Modify Student permission.
Updating a Record
In order to update an existing record, the:
- PASI Client must have the Submit Student User role, and
- Organization must be associated By Last School Enrolment or better2).
In addition, when being updated via PASIprep, the:
- PASIprep user must have the PASIprep Level 02 Permission - Modify Student permission.
