Record Ownership
An organization is considered to own a record when it is the organization on the particular record.
If the organization attached to a record is a school, then the organizations that own the record include the school, the school's school authority, and the Government of Alberta.
If the organization attached to a record is a school authority, then the organizations that own the record include the school authority and the Government of Alberta.
If the organization attached to a record is the Government of Alberta, then the Government of Alberta is the only organization that owns the record.
