To perform this validation, the following information is used:
Description
Expiry Date Override (Student Address) must be equal to or after the Effective Date (Student Address).

- This validation rule is in effect for all school years.

Message
When this validation rule is triggered, the following message is returned:
Invalid Address. The address's Expiry Date ({ExpiryDate}) must be after the Effective Date ({EffectiveDate}).
