This rule is used to validate the following data in a Information Disclosure Restriction record:
To perform this validation, the following information is used:
Description
The expiry date (if provided) of a student's disclosure restriction information must be reasonable. Disclosure Restriction Expiry date may not be more than 20 years in the future.
This validation rule is in effect for all school years.
Additional Notes
This rule will only be applied to disclosure restrictions with a status of 'active'.
Message
When this validation rule is triggered, the following message is returned:
Unreasonable Disclosure Restriction Expiry date. Disclosure Restriction Expiry date, ({ExpiryDate}), may not be more than 20 years in the future.
Where:
- {ExpiryDate} is the Information Disclosure Restrictions Expiry Date of the record.
- {RefID} is the Information Disclosure Restrictions Reference ID of the record.
