To perform this validation, the following information is used:
Description
When Parent/Guardian Physical Address Format is equal to ATS then:
- Meridian must be a value of 4, 5, or 6.
This validation rule is in effect for the 2019 End Point and onwards.

Message
When validation rules, the following message is returned to the user:
Invalid Meridian value of {value} in Street. Meridian must be a value of 4, 5, or 6 for an ATS Address of Parent/Guardian record.
Where:
- {value} - The invalid value of Meridian passed into the service.
