This rule is used to validate the following data in Guardian Physical Address Details of a Guardian record:

To perform this validation, the following information is used:
- Section
Description
When Parent/Guardian Physical Address Format is equal to ATS then:
- Section must be a value between 1 and 36.
This validation rule is in effect for the 2019 End Point and onwards.

Message
When validation rules, the following message is returned to the user:
Invalid Section value of {value} in Street. Section must be a value between 1 and 36 for an ATS Address of Parent/Guardian record.
Where:
- {value} - The invalid value of Section passed into the service.
