Description
PASI will not allow a Parent/Guardian that is linked to the Citizenship Status to be deleted by a user.
Additional Notes
A user will not be permitted to delete a parent/guardian that is linked to a student's citizenship status record either through PASIprep or through a service call.
Message
When this validation rule is triggered, the following message is returned:
Parent/Guardian linked to Citizenship Status Cannot be Deleted. The parent/guardian cannot be deleted as it is currently supporting the citizenship status of student.
