To perform this validation, the following information is used:

Description

When submitting an Identity Name, the new name cannot duplicate an existing Name (any name, with the exact number of name parts).

This comparison is case sensitive and accent sensitive.

For the matters of comparison, every part of the Identity name must match an existing name to be considered a duplicate. This rule will now apply to Submit Student Name for end points older than 2017 only.
