In situations where a person only has one name, the name must be provided as the First Name and LNU (Last Name Unknown) must be provided as the Last Name.

This data element is used in the following validation rules:

- Rule 11202 - LNU in Mixed Case
- Rule 11203 - Period in Name
- Rule 11204 - Leading Space in Name
- Rule 11205 - Name not in Mixed Case
- Rule 11206 - Trailing Space in Name
- Rule 11207 - Repeated Spaces in Name
- Rule 11208 - Name starts with a Hyphen

- Rule 11218 - Identity Name is a Duplicate
