Description
The rule enforces that if the student last name is “LNU” then it should be in all uppercase letters.
This validation rule is in effect for all school years.
Additional Notes
Message
When this validation rule is triggered, the following message is returned:
Incorrect use of LNU. The student's last name has been recorded as '{LastName}'. If this is to indicate 'Last Name Unknown', LNU should be recorded in all uppercase letters. (Name Reference #{RefID})
Where:
- {LastName} is the Last Name of the record
- {RefID} is the Reference ID (Student Name) of the record.
