To perform this validation, the following information is used:
Description
An ASN provided as part of a Submit Student request, must not come from the PASI ASN pool.
Effective Period
- This validation rule is in effect for all school years.

Message
When this validation rule is triggered, the following message is returned:
Invalid Alberta Student Number. The Alberta Student Number provided ({StateProvinceID}) cannot be assigned by any system other than PASI.
